Meet Our Team
Sarah Tronco, LCSW, Owner

Hi, my name is Sarah! I work to develop a strong therapeutic relationship with clients, which helps to create a secure place where individuals can achieve meaningful change. By using a person-centered approach, I partner with you to identify goals and interventions that are in harmony with your unique needs. In recognizing that each individual is the expert on their own life, I assist you in identifying your innate wisdom in order to overcome obstacles and promote healing.

Sarah is the author of a new book, ‘Wildly Wise,’ which explores the innate wisdom humans possess. This book includes interviews with real people who learned to trust themselves as they overcame obstacles in their lives. Each chapter includes metaphors from nature that parallel the journeys featured in the book. There are also pictures created by Sarah because, well, Sarah likes her books with pictures!

My name is Jason Suleski and I am a licensed clinical social worker who has been in this wonderful field for over 25 years. I enjoy spending free time with family and friends. I love the outdoors and doing just about anything creative including painting and writing. As a therapist I consider it a privilege that my clients allow me into their lives as we collaborate to find a focus and direction for achieving wellness and balance. I’m a client centered therapist so we start wherever you are. My practice is influenced by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy principles and I also encourage clients to develop a self care practice which includes learning effective self regulation and mindfulness skills. I look forward finding out more about you and your journey!
Lindsay Carlsen, LPC

Hello, my name is Lindsay. I strive to offer a safe space where you can feel listened to and accepted without judgement. I work from a client centered approach, while also utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness. I believe mental health is just as important as one’s physical health and recognize how these components are intrinsically linked. Everyone experiences challenges and talking to someone is a courageous step to value your health and well-being. I often work with children, families, and young adults in a variety of settings. Counseling is a process where a therapist can help you meet your wellness goals; I hope to be someone who can do that for you.

Why I provide online therapy
It’s important to me to be able to provide accessible mental health services at an affordable price. I have been working in the mental health field since 2012, and have provided online counseling since mid 2018. In my experience as an online therapist, clients not only see results, but I also get to work with people who otherwise wouldn’t have the means to attend in person sessions – whether it’s related to time constraints or the often high costs of therapy. I am able to offer affordable prices because I avoid many of the costs associated with maintaining an office space. I do not accept insurance, but have worked hard to offer my services at rates that honor your investment as my client and my commitment as your therapist. Please contact me if you have any questions about online therapy and whether it might be a good fit for you, and check out my blog post on the benefits of online counseling.
